Karina Lovrec

Karina Lovrec serves as the Director DACH / CFO & CHRO Practice at Nicholson Search and Selection, where the focus is on sourcing leaders for investors in the DACH region, with a recent project involving a CFO search for a €150 million SaaS company. Prior to this, Karina held the position of Associate Director at PSD Group, driving Diversity and Female Leadership Initiatives while also overseeing Consulting and Corporate Management Functions in the DACH area from January 2014 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at alma mater GmbH, specializing in the placement of graduates and academics. Karina earned a Diplom in Sociology from Goethe University Frankfurt between 2005 and 2011.
