Nick Hancock Design Studio (NHDS) is a founder-led architecture and delivery practice providing design leadership, technical expertise and strategic support across the built environment.

The studio works with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to help shape, coordinate and deliver complex projects at every stage of development. Appointments range from architectural commissions and design leadership roles through to bid preparation, tender support, technical review, package development, delivery support and independent advisory services.

Drawing on more than two decades of international experience across architecture, infrastructure, public realm, cultural, commercial, residential and special projects, NHDS combines creative thinking with a practical understanding of how projects are delivered in the real world.

The studio is particularly experienced in supporting projects where clarity, technical coordination and decisive leadership are required to move work forward, resolve challenges and create confidence across teams.

Selected experience includes major public realm projects, bridges, sports venues, transport infrastructure, civic buildings, bespoke architectural components and internationally recognised design projects delivered in collaboration with leading architects, engineers and contractors.

Based in London, NHDS undertakes commissions, delivery support and advisory appointments throughout the UK and internationally.
