Gerardo Ignacio Ongkingco

Gerardo Ignacio Ongkingco has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources administration. Gerardo Ignacio started their career in 1996 as the AVP for HR/Admin at Lapanday Foods Corporation, where they worked until 2009. Gerardo Ignacio then joined Sumifru Philippines Corp as an HR Manager in 2009. In 2010, Gerardo became an HR Consultant, providing their expertise to various organizations until 2012. Gerardo Ignacio then served as the Human Resources Head at Lapanday Properties Phililppines, Inc from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources Administration at Nickel Asia Corporation, a role they have been in since February 2015.

Gerardo Ignacio Ongkingco completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Organization and Advocacy from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial Relations from the same university, completing it between 1983 and 1986.
