TJ Bowman has a diverse background in digital marketing and operations, currently serving as the Digital Marketing and Operations Manager at Nickel Brook Brewing Co. since March 2019, where previous roles included Social Media Coordinator and Packaging Lead Hand. Prior to this, TJ worked at Terra Greenhouses Limited from August 2013 to January 2019 as a Department Manager, leading teams of up to nine associates while enhancing sales skills and providing customer guidance. TJ possesses a strong foundation in product knowledge and consumer interaction, supported by an education from Fanshawe College.
