Keith Gassman

Keith Gassman possesses a diverse background in customer service and warehouse management, currently serving as a customer service representative at Nickell Moulding Company since December 2014. Gassman has experience in supervising staff and managing inventory from a previous role as Warehouse and Facilities Manager at Church World Service, where responsibilities included overseeing order accuracy and improving data entry processes. Earlier positions as a Warehouse Attendant and Volunteer Coordinator further developed skills in team coordination and volunteer engagement. Gassman also has a foundational background in student affairs from a Resident Director role at Trine University and holds a BA in Communication from Tri-State University, obtained in 2009.
