Daryl Owen

Daryl Owen currently serves as Team Leader at eXp Realty since April 2023, leading the Nickle Team with a focus on collaboration and empowerment. As Chief Executive Officer of the Nickle Team powered by PLACE since April 2020, Daryl oversees a full-service team dedicated to simplifying real estate. Daryl has also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at NRE Schools since December 2010, managing one of California's largest licensing schools with over 10,000 students. Additionally, Daryl co-founded NPS Management in July 2014, which is recognized as one of the fastest growing property management firms in America, and Escrow Heights Inc. in March 2014, an independent escrow company known for its extensive experience. Previously, Daryl served as Chief Executive Officer at Nationwide Real Estate Executives from December 2010 to 2023, overseeing one of America's largest independently owned real estate firms.
