Tracy Beane has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Tracy is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at NICKS. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Maine Drilling & Blasting (2020), Director of Human Resources at Stonyfield (2017-2020), Director, Benefits & Wellness North America and Benefits & Wellness Manager - North America at Danone North America (2013-2017), and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Rockingham County, Brentwood, NH (2007-2013). From 2000-2007, they were the Human Resources Programs Manager at Stonyfield, where they designed and managed the organization’s compensation, health and wellness programs, ensuring program elements achieved competitive practice and legal compliance while reinforcing the business values and mission. Tracy was also responsible for managing and maintaining a $5 m health and wellness budget.
Tracy Beane attended the University of Southern Indiana, where they studied Health Promotion & Worksite Wellness. Tracy then completed a Human Resources degree at Southern New Hampshire University.
