Thomas Medard

Thomas Medard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, digital strategy, and operations. Currently serving as COO and Vice President of Business Development at Nicky since September 2023, Thomas has also co-founded SassyLAB.dk, an e-commerce thrift store aimed at promoting secondhand shopping. As a Senior Digital Advisor since 2019, Thomas has successfully led various digital transformation projects and served as an advisor to the government of Niue. Prior to these roles, Thomas held multiple leadership positions at One.com, including Chief Business Development Officer and COO, where significant contributions included developing software product strategies and scaling operations for 1.5 million customers. Thomas began an entrepreneurial journey in the early 2000s with various start-ups within the IT and webhosting sectors and has pursued education at Copenhagen Business School and Hillerød Handelsskole.
