Elizabeth Chabaluka Masache

Elizabeth Chabaluka Masache is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the IT Service Delivery Manager at NICO Technologies Ltd since September 2023, Elizabeth previously held several positions at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited from April 2009 to August 2023, including Manager of Information Services - Service Delivery and Supervisor of IS Service Delivery. Earlier roles include Systems Administrator at Plate Glass Industries (PGI) and Part-Time Lecturer at the National College of Information Technology (NACIT). Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern Africa Institute of Management (ESAMI) and a Bachelor's Honors Degree in Computing and Information Systems from NACIT.
