Rajiv Purohit ( he him his)

Rajiv Purohit has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Rajiv is currently working as the Creative Director at Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd., a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Global Sourcing, Product Development, and Technical Design at the same company since March 2012.

Before joining Nicobar Design Pvt. Ltd., Rajiv worked at Phillips Van Heusen Corp. from July 2007 to February 2012, where they held the position of Director of Product Development for Women's/Men's Wear in the Wholesale/Retail division.

From January 2005 to June 2007, they served as the Director of Production for Women's/Men's Wear Retail at Rugby Ralph Lauren.

Additionally, Rajiv worked at Redcats USA from April 2001 to December 2004 as the Director of Pre-Production/Production for Sportswear/Intimate Men's/Women's Wear.

From August 1997 to April 2001, they were employed as a Senior Manager Sourcing for Women's Sportswear/Intimate Apparel at Spiegel, Inc. USA.

At Claiborne (Liz Claiborne), Rajiv worked as an Assistant Fabric R&D for Menswear from May 1996 to August 1997.

Lastly, they began their career at Nautica as an Assistant Merchandiser for International/Licensing from May 1995 to May 1996.

Rajiv Purohit attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising.
