Matthew Lovell

Matthew Lovell is a seasoned attorney and Partner at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP since May 2015, specializing in complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith actions. With extensive experience litigating various coverage issues, Matthew addresses claims for defense and indemnity under commercial general liability policies, as well as multi-party disputes concerning occurrences, exhaustion, and allocation. Prior to this role, Matthew spent 17 years at Sedgwick LLP, progressing from Associate to Partner. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University, along with a strong educational foundation from Choate Rosemary Hall.
