Sara Thorpe is a seasoned law professional with extensive experience in the insurance sector. Currently a Partner at Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP since January 2014, Sara specializes in complex insurance-related litigation and advisory services. Previously, Sara served as a Partner at Gordon & Rees LLP from 1990 to 2013, focusing on litigation and advice for insurers, particularly on complex issues and "bad faith" claims. Sara also held the position of Board Member and Committee Chair at First Graduate from 2006 to 2014, overseeing governance and fundraising efforts. Earlier in the career, Sara worked as a Lawyer at Clemons Cosho Humphrey Greener & Welch from 1985 to 1989. Sara holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
