Paul Maahs

Paul Maahs has over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Nicolet National Bank since the merger with Charter Bank in August 2022. Maahs held the position of Senior Vice President at Charter Bank from January 2000, following its merger with Community Bank in October 2015. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. from January 1984 to January 2000, and a Management Trainee position at Thorp Loan & Thrift in 1982-1983. Paul Maahs holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, both from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
