Madeleine Richards

Madeleine Richards has a diverse work experience, spanning across multiple roles and companies. Madeleine started their career at Career Teachers in 2014 as a Team Administrator, ensuring compliance for candidates working in schools. Madeleine then moved up to the position of Administrative Coordinator, where they also took on the role of office manager and social events organizer. In 2016, they became a Compliance Manager at Career Teachers before transitioning to Nicoll Curtin, where they held several positions including Compliance and Customer Experience, Operational Excellence Manager, and Head of Operations. Currently, they are the Group Head of Corporate Governance at Nicoll Curtin. Throughout their career, Madeleine has demonstrated strong managerial skills, overseeing various teams and departments, implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

Madeleine Richards pursued their education in the field of Law. Madeleine first attended the University of Leicester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law. Afterward, in 2011 and 2012, they enrolled in the University of Nottingham to complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC). Additionally, they obtained certifications in Strategic Approaches to Environmental, Social, and Governance Programme - CMI Level 7 from In Professional Development (InPD) in March 2023, and PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International in April 2018.
