Vuk Suša-Stupar has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as an Intern at The Delegation of the European Union to Serbia. Vuk then worked as an Infrastructure and Procurement employee at PwC Serbia in 2016 before joining Telenor Common Operation as an HR Administrator. In 2017, Vuk worked as an HR Generalist for the South East European Market at Philip Morris International. Vuk then served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Metro Cash & Carry Serbia from 2019 to 2020. After that, Vuk worked as a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator and then as an HR Administrator at KWS Group and Sanne respectively. In 2022, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner through their previous employer, The Big Search. Currently, Vuk is working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at The Big Search and will be joining Nicoll Curtin as a Recruitment Consultant in 2023.
Vuk Suša-Stupar has a strong educational background in International Relations and National Security Studies. They earned their Bachelor's degree from the University of Belgrade, studying International Relations and Affairs, from 2006 to 2012.
