Yves Amar

Yves Amar has over 15 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry. Yves is currently the Managing Director and Head of Switzerland & Germany at Nicoll Curtin, where they have been since 2015. In this role, Yves is responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Switzerland and Germany.

Prior to their current position, Yves held various roles at Nicoll Curtin, including Executive Director and Associate Director, where they played a key role in expanding the company's presence in Switzerland. At McGregor Boyall, Yves worked as a Senior Consultant, specializing in IT recruitment for the Financial Services industry. Yves worked with key accounts such as Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, UBS, RBS, and BOS Treasury.

Yves began their career as a Consultant at Red People Executive Search, initially focusing on creating a Documentum practice and later expanding their role to recruit professionals for Microsoft Gold Partners.
