Aurore Aerts is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent and employee development, organizational change, and performance management. Currently serving as HR Manager West at NICOLS since April 2016, Aurore oversees HR activities and projects across France and Belgium, ensuring effective coordination of HR processes. Prior roles include HR Manager Belgium at NICOLS, focusing on Group HR processes, and HR Development Expert at Multipharma, where Aurore led various strategic HR initiatives. Previous experience includes positions at BASF, where Aurore contributed to talent development and employee training, as well as HR trainee roles at Laborelec, BASF, and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Aurore holds a Master's degree in Labour Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg.
