H. Dwayne Spearman is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in Christian ministry and academic advising. Currently serving as a Regional Recruiter for the Network of International Christian Schools since August 2017, Spearman recruits for a global network of schools catering to 4,700 students across 13 countries. As President of Directional Bible Ministries since 2013, Spearman focuses on encouraging and discipling individuals and supporting churches. Previously, Spearman held various academic roles, including Assistant Director of Academic Advising at Liberty University Online Programs and Secondary School Teacher at the International Christian School of Lima, Peru. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Arts in Theology and a Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Prophetics, Spearman combines educational expertise with a commitment to spiritual leadership.

Since 1983 the Network of International Christian Schools has provided a quality, American-style education to students from over 100 nations. NICS schools integrate Biblical truth and Christian values throughout the curriculum and school programs. NICS schools vary from under a 100 students to over 1000 and are located in 13 different countries. The mission of NICS is to establish a worldwide network of international Christian schools staffed by qualified Christian educators, instilling in each student a Biblical world-view in an environment of academic excellence and respect for people of all cultures and religions. NICS operates 15 schools in North America, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.
