Ali Karvar

Ali Karvar serves as President & General Manager of Nidec Industrial Solutions, overseeing operations across six verticals with full Profit & Loss responsibility. In addition, Ali holds the position of Regional General Manager at Clearway Energy, Inc., managing Energy Center units and driving profitability through strategic initiatives. Previously, Ali contributed as Interim COO and Strategy Officer at AMPower LLC, and successfully led CG Power Solutions USA as President & Chairman of the Board, focusing on business turnarounds and product revitalization. Prior experience includes significant roles at ArcelorMittal and AREVA T&D, where Ali executed growth strategies and managed international operations. Ali's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and finance credentials from Harvard Business School.
