David Martin

David Martin is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as General Manager at Nidek Medical Products since January 2011. In this role, David successfully overhauled the supply chain by consolidating vendors and utilizing low-cost countries, significantly reducing costs and streamlining the manufacturing process, resulting in a tripling of units produced.
