Taylor Dykes

Taylor Dykes is a UX Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group, responsible for drafting and updating extensive articles and running UX research studies that led to significant UI redesign and content strategy changes. As a Writing Center Tutor at Davidson College, Taylor provided proofreading support and developed relationships with diverse students. Previous experience includes an internship at Radical Grandma Collective, where Taylor analyzed data for marketing campaigns and wrote articles on Southeast Asian issues, significantly increasing follower engagement. Additionally, Taylor worked at Davidson Outdoors, coordinating events and leading training, and completed a BOLD immersion program at Google focused on business skill development. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Davidson College, expected in May 2024.
