Betsy Meinch

Betsy Meinch is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Nielsen since October 2006, Betsy is responsible for Engineering and Technology as a Global HR Business Partner and oversees talent pipeline design, practices, branding, and metrics with a strong emphasis on leadership, diversity, and university talent. Prior to Nielsen, Betsy held senior HR roles at Nielsen Media Research, where Betsy led all HR functions and established the Diversity Council, and Bayfront Medical Center, where responsibilities included various HR functions and service areas. Betsy's career began at First Tennessee Bank, focusing on executive development and succession planning. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources from Memphis State University.
