Melany Vina is an experienced financial professional with extensive expertise in controllership and finance leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Operational Controller at Nielsen since August 2020, Melany manages the local controllership function, ensuring financial oversight and compliance while leading a team responsible for accurate reporting, closing, and operational financial processes. Prior to Nielsen, Melany held the position of Chief Financial Officer at RAK Logistics, focusing on strategic financial development and management of the finance and accounting function. Experience also includes roles as General Manager Finance at PT. NTT DATA Indonesia and Finance Accounting Manager at MAA GENERAL ASSURANCE, among others. Melany holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Trisakti.
