Michael Souza is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in strategic marketing and client engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Nielsen, Michael launched the Strategic Marketing and Client Segmentation division, developing a comprehensive marketing planning framework and managing KPI reporting to executive leadership. Prior to Nielsen, Michael held the role of Vice President Marketing at Captivate, LLC, where Michael achieved $10 million in new revenue and enhanced corporate brand positioning. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Marketing & Agency Relations at iHeartMedia, and Group Brand Director at Karsh Hagan, alongside a robust tenure at Mindshare. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology from San Diego State University and multiple certifications in analytics and digital media.
