Renee Breeyear

Renee Breeyear is an accomplished professional in customer care and experience management, currently serving as VP, Customer Care and VP, Customer Experience at Gracenote Content Solutions, a Nielsen company, since May 2021. With extensive experience at Gracenote from January 2014, Renee has held positions including Sr. Director of Global Rich Media and Director of Content, leading teams that have delivered licensed products to thousands of customers globally. Prior experience includes various roles at Tribune Media Services, where Renee advanced from Project Manager to Senior Project and Technical Account Manager, overseeing project and account management functions to support metadata collection efforts. Renee holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and earned a B.S. in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Management from SUNY Empire State College.
