Carol Blake is a seasoned professional in consumer insights and analytics with extensive experience at NielsenIQ and Nielsen. Currently serving as the Director of Consumer Panel Services Thought Leadership at NielsenIQ since April 2025, Carol previously held the position of Client Director, Customer Success Insights from April 2021 to September 2024, where leadership was provided to teams focusing on the K-C Personal Care division. Prior to that, Carol amassed significant experience at Nielsen from June 2013 to April 2021, progressing through roles from Client Manager to Associate Client Director and finally Client Director, all while supporting various sectors within the K-C Personal Care division. Carol holds an M.B.A. in Marketing & Policy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Advertising & Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
