Currently serving as the Head of Sales FMCG for Australia at NielsenIQ, James previously held significant leadership roles at IRI Asia Pacific and IRI Australia, where they managed large teams and drove strategic initiatives for numerous customers. James has also worked in varying capacities at Kantar and Salesforce, contributing to business development, customer insights, and brand equity studies. Educated at Bournemouth University, James holds a BA Hons in International Hospitality Management.
