Julia Lafond

Julia LaFond is an experienced instructional designer currently working at NielsenIQ, specializing in global learning and development. Julia applies knowledge of adult learning theory to create digital and instructor-led training assets while managing subject matter experts and business stakeholders. Previously, Julia volunteered as an instructional designer at Best Friends Animal Society and held roles at the University of Tampa, including admissions counselor and social media intern, where significant growth in social media presence was achieved. Julia also gained experience as a copy editor intern at JetBlue and as an instructional designer intern at VFinity. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising & Public Relations, both from the University of Tampa.
