Nick Lesser 乐立行 is a seasoned executive recruitment and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at NielsenIQ since February 2020, Nick oversees global executive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies in the Asia-Pacific region, leading a team of 20 professionals. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Nielsen, where significant contributions included establishing the Nielsen Recruitment Centre in Kuala Lumpur and filling over 750 positions annually across Greater China. Nick's career spans roles at Kelly Services, Bleum Inc, Vivolinx S.L., Capital One Financial, EuroSearch, TMT K.K., and Centre d'Estudis "Langage," highlighting a strong background in human resources, executive search, and business training. Nick holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and an MA in European Area Studies from the University of Surrey.
