Sharon Winterton

Sharon Winterton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and account development within the CPG and retail industries. Currently serving as Vice President Account Development and Vice President, Customer Success at NielsenIQ since June 2022, Sharon previously held similar leadership roles at Catalina USA, managing large multinational teams and driving substantial revenue growth for major clients such as Unilever and Kroger. With a background in consultancy and leadership coaching through Work on Purpose, Inc., Sharon emphasizes cross-functional communication and strategic engagement. Sharon's career at Catalina USA spans nearly two decades, where milestones included establishing global operations and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance service delivery. Sharon holds a BS/BA in Elementary Education and Music from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
