Molly Sears began their work experience in 2007 as an Executive Assistant at Lindsey & Associates. Molly then worked as an Office & Financial Manager at Civic Enterprises, LLC from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they briefly served as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half International. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Team Manager at FYK Realty Group. Starting in 2013, they joined Tennessee SCORE as a Business Associate until 2014. Molly then became the Director of Finance and Operations at the Tennessee Department of Education from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they held roles at Tennessee SCORE as the Senior Director of Finance and Operations from 2015 to 2017 and later as the Vice President of Finance and Operations from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at NIET: National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, a role they have held since 2019.
Molly Sears completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Arkansas, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business and completed their degree between 2014 and 2016.
