Barry Ross has over two decades of experience in management and consultancy roles. From January 1999 to January 2001, Barry served as Graduate Recruitment Service Manager and Management Development Consultant at Parity Training Ltd, where responsibilities included managing graduate recruitment and supporting graduates in their professional development. Following this, Barry directed Kids Play Den (NI) Ltd from September 2012 to September 2021. Barry was also a partner at Pace Coaching from April 2013 to September 2017, providing coaching support to various professionals. Barry currently holds the position of Area Commander - Response and Resilience at NIFRS, following a prior tenure as Group Commander - Research and Development. Barry’s consultancy work as a self-employed Management Consultant, Trainer, and Coach spanned from July 2004 to April 2017. Barry obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography from QUB between 1994 and 1997.
