Sunshine Lai is an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and product development, currently serving as General Manager for China Sales at NIG Nutritionals Limited since January 2017, managing the China and New Zealand markets. Prior to this role, Sunshine held various positions including Deputy Director General at NZ Putian Chamber of Commerce and Guest Host for TV28's "Health Classmates." With a background in business development and marketing as China Marketing Manager at New Image Group, and earlier experience as a Product Development Technologist, Sunshine has a strong foundation in new product development and marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Masters in Bioscience Enterprise, both from The University of Auckland.
