Jonathan Adekunle Obadina

Jonathan Adekunle Obadina, is a seasoned human resource professional with 20 years professional experience and holds a master’s degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos.

Obadina is an expert in capacity development and performance management, as well as a dedicated and logical problem solver, with eyes for creativity and talent acquisition.

He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management- USA (SHRM), Associate member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN), and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRMP) certified.

Before joining NAHCO Plc as Head, Group Human Resources and Organizational Development, Obadina worked with several renowned organizations, where he functioned as Group Head, Human Resources.
