Fidelia Obumselu holds a Master of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor’s Degree from Imo State University; and has attended several skill-enhancing trainings on leadership, Airport operations, managing people and team bonding. She currently heads the Safety, Health and Quality department. Prior to this, she functioned as Deputy Manager, and later Manager, Corporate Communications, Service Assurance Manager and acting Chief Operating Officer.
Fidelia’s career prior to joining NAHCO spans public relations, corporate communications, brand management, stakeholders relationship and events management in her years of work at both the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Lagos, and the CETEP City University, Lagos, where she was Chief Corporate Affairs Officer.

Its cargo handling services include cargo documentation services for airlines, import and export cargo facilitation through warehouses in Lagos, Kano, Abuja, Port-harcourt and Enugu. It provides crew transportation services for airline crew or passengers, business people, dignitaries and private jet passengers. It delivers these services through a fleet of 18-seater Mercedes Benz sprinter buses and 32-seater Toyota Coaster air-conditioned executive buses with baggage vans.
