Barbara Massa is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the cybersecurity, technology, and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at NightDragon since January 2021, Barbara also provides advisory support to several companies including Simpplr, Findem, and Gap Jumpers, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, people intelligence, and equitable talent practices. Previously, Barbara held significant leadership positions at Mandiant, where responsibilities included overseeing global IT, security, and HR operations while playing a key role in major acquisitions.
