Ved Navghare

Executive Chef

Ved Navghare is the Executive Chef at Nightjar Coffee Roasters, a position they have held since 2021. With a diverse culinary background, Ved previously worked as a Chef De Partie and later as a Sous Chef at various renowned establishments, including Coda restaurant & bar and Tonka Restaurant and Bar. They have also contributed significantly as a Consultant Chef for Nightjar in Dubai and the Bombay Cricketers Club in Kingscliff, NSW. Ved’s culinary journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, followed by specialized training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Additionally, they are currently the Creator of Dalchini, focusing on modern techniques in traditional Indian cuisine.
