Prior to this, Kelly held the position of Office Operations Manager at EXYT Music Ltd from March to December 2015, contributing to the development of multi-platinum and Grammy Award-winning artists. Earlier experience includes roles as Office Operations Manager and Office Administrator at Sunflower Music Limited from September 2011 to February 2015, where the focus was on supplying tailored music packages to the retail and leisure sectors, specializing in the high-end market.
