Tom Palladino

Tom joined NightOwl Global in 2001 and led the effort to establish a top-level electronic collection, processing, hosting and review services. An experienced strategic manager, Tom crafts NightOwl’s discovery management programs and is responsible for discovery operations. Before joining NightOwl, Tom was a co-founder of Hire Quality, Inc., where he designed major service programs for Fortune 100 Companies including UPS, Verizon, and Bank of America. He holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
