Frank Bahus

Frank Bahus is an experienced Senior Program Manager currently leading projects at Nightwing since April 2024. Prior to this role, Frank spent eight years at Raytheon, focusing on analytic programs as a Senior Program Manager. Frank also served as Program Manager at ManTech International Corporation, managing a large DoD analytic modernization contract, and held a similar position at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, overseeing a substantial Enterprise IT Support Services contract. Frank began a career in program management at TASC, Inc., handling various DoD programs while ensuring compliance with government and company requirements. Frank holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and Services and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from UC Irvine, alongside additional educational credentials from Southern Methodist University and the University of North Texas.
