Robert Hyland

Robert Hyland, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Program Management for Cyber Protection Solutions at Nightwing, overseeing the CISA DOMino contract with a total contract value exceeding $1 billion. Prior to this, Robert held various leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies and SAIC, where responsibilities included program management for Department of Homeland Security programs and executive management in the defense sector. With a background in program direction at CSRA Inc and operations management at Astor & Sanders Corporation, Robert has extensive experience in handling significant federal contracts. Robert's career also includes a 27-year tenure as a Colonel in the Army National Guard and managerial positions at Boeing, focusing on advanced aerospace technologies. Robert holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Finance from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College.
