Kristy Varda, MS, MBA, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, CPPB, serves as a Contract Officer for Loudoun County Government since February 2021 and contributes as a Volunteer for the American Red Cross Central Appalachia Region since April 2022. Varda owns TTFN Consulting, LLC, specializing in public procurement and business training, and has been a contract Instructor for NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement since June 2019. Previous experiences include roles as Purchasing Supervisor for Frederick County Public Schools and Contract Specialist II for Fairfax County Government. Varda's educational background includes an MBA and an MS in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a B.S. in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University, and ongoing studies from the Defense Acquisition University.
