Pragya has a strong background in recruitment, talent management, competency management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR solutions. Pragya holds a PGDBM in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
