Niigata kotsu Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the transportation, real estate, product distribution and hotel businesses. The Company operates in five business divisions. The Transportation division is engaged in the automobile transportation for passengers and the taxi business. The Real Estate division is engaged in the leasing and trading of real estate. The Product Sales division is engaged in the sale of goods. The Hotel division is engaged in the hotel business. The Others segment is involved in the general tour business, airline and advertising agency businesses, cleaning business, game hall business and other businesses. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had nine subsidiaries and three associated companies.
