Babita Karki

Babita Karki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Organization Development at NIIT Limited since November 2021, Babita has previously held significant roles, including Head of Strategic HR and Strategic Initiatives at Coforge from January 2013 to October 2021, where the focus included culture change, diversity and inclusion, and program management.
