Brian Kempen

Brian Kempen is a seasoned professional in sales development and training, currently serving as a Senior Training and Development Consultant at NIIT Limited since September 2022, focusing on enhancing sales methodologies and coaching for various industries. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Sales Enablement Manager at Frontier Communications from December 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading sales enablement for customer-facing teams. Brian's extensive experience also includes over thirteen years at Ricoh USA, Inc., where roles ranged from Senior Talent Development Consultant to Strategic/Major Account Executive, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales performance and support large sales teams.
