Leena Khokha

Leena Khokha has significant experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Leena has worked at various companies such as NIIT Limited, Lanco, Targray Technology International Inc., Ishi Systems Inc., Coforge, and Manpower. Their most recent position was as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Business HR at NIIT Limited. Prior to that, they held roles such as Business HR Head and Total Rewards - COE at the same company. Leena also has experience in talent acquisition specialization and leadership roles. Before joining NIIT Limited, Leena worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Lanco. Leena also worked as a Global Recruiting Specialist at Targray Technology International Inc. and as the Manager of HR & Recruitment at Ishi Systems Inc. Leena began their career as a Senior Recruitment Executive at Manpower.

Leena Khokha completed their education at Delhi University, where they earned a BSc (Honors) degree in Zoology from 1994-1997. Leena later pursued an MSc in Environmental Science from 1997-1999 at the same institution. In addition, they attended the Indian Institute of Planning and Management from 1998-2000, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
