Shyni George

Shyni George currently serves as a Delivery Manager at NIIT, a position held since July 2023. With a robust career spanning over 17 years at NIIT, Shyni progressed through roles including Associate Delivery Manager and Senior Project Manager, managing global clients and leading teams in Learning Administration and Strategic Sourcing. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Project Manager for TALENTEDGE, overseeing delivery and operations in the West Zone, and holding roles as Project Manager and Project Leader at NIIT, where responsibilities included project planning, team performance management, and client relations. Shyni holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
