Bart Den Hertog

Bart den Hertog has extensive experience in project development and management within the facility management and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Projectontwikkelaar at Nijestee since April 2021, Bart previously worked as a Medior Consultant Huisvesting at HEYDAY Facility Management from January 2016 to April 2021. Prior roles include Project Associate Cross Border Energy Transition at Provincie Groningen, focusing on European renewable energy initiatives and economic development, as well as providing staff support and project coordination for renovation projects. Earlier experience includes internships at LindHorst huisvestingadviseurs and Gemeente Leeuwarden, where research was conducted on innovative housing concepts and digitalization efforts. Bart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Facility Management from Hanze, completed in 2011.
