Anne-Alexandra Lovichi currently serves as a Consulting Manager in Strategy and Technologies at Niji, where responsibilities include the management of projects and teams focused on enhancing customer and employee experience through workshops to identify needs and develop action plans. Previously, Anne-Alexandra held roles as a Senior Consultant, specializing in strategic and digital transformation roadmaps and UX research, and as a Change Management Consultant at CGI, where operational leadership of a team and user training for new digital solutions were key functions.
